About Revive Physiotherapy
Revive Physiotherapy was established in 2016. We are here to provide excellence in physiotherapy care. We have the ability to provide fast effective management of all musculoskeletal injuries in a highly professional environment.
We have a spacious premises in Surbiton which is 10 minutes walk from Surbiton train station and two minutes walk from the bus stop. The clinic has spacious treatment rooms and a yoga/Pilates studio. There is onsite allocated parking and plenty of parking around the clinic.

We’re pleased to say that we are recognised by all major insurers including BUPA, AXA, Simply Health, Cigna, Aviva, WPA and PRU Health. We also accept GP referrals and self-referrals. We are able to offer early morning, daytime, evening and weekend appointments.

Our Therapists
We’ve got a great team at Revive Physiotherapy. Our physios have many years of experience between them across a range of specialisms. This means that you can be sure you’ll get the right treatment whatever the problem and that we can easily refer to our colleagues if your case requires additional expertise. All our physiotherapists are members of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy and registered with the Health Professions Council.
Saurabh Shrivastava
Lead PhysiotherapistSaurabh qualified as a physiotherapist in 2004 and successfully completed his Masters degree in 2007 from Sheffield Hallam University. He has 10 years of experience in NHS and private physiotherapy clinics. He is currently a Band 7 Senior Physiotherapist in the NHS where he was awarded employee of the year. Saurabh applies a holistic approach to treatment, which includes acupuncture, acupressure, manual therapy and exercise therapy. He has a special interest in treating whiplash-associated disorders and biomechanical disorders.
Ajeesh Ummalath
PhysiotherapistAjeesh graduated in 2008 as a physiotherapist and successfully completed his Masters degree in musculoskeletal and sports physiotherapy. He has many years of experience in various hospitals and clinics. Ajeesh applies a holistic approach to treatment, which includes manual mobilisation and manipulation, dry needling, taping, instrument-assisted soft tissue manipulation and biomechanical correction. He enjoys yoga and meditation as well as cycling.
Caroline Fourie
PhysiotherapistCaroline graduated in 1985 at the University of Witwatersrand, South Africa with a BSc in Physiotherapy. Her background is in trauma and general rehabilitation (mainly in musculoskeletal physiotherapy), rehabilitation for the elderly, treating orthopaedic, surgical and medical inpatients and MSK outpatients. Caroline has a special interest in treating chronic pain patients. She is AACP registered, finding acupuncture a very helpful adjunct to treating certain pain conditions. Caroline enjoys outdoor activities, in particular cycling and paddle boarding. She enjoys Pilates, Zumba and walking.
